Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy


You can return items for either store credit or exchange of equal value if you are not completely satisfied with your order. However, you must inform us within 10 calendar days after receiving your order of your desire to make a return. All exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee and refunds for store credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The item must be postmarked for return with a date of within 10 calendar days of the date the item was delivered to you. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. The start date for the return/exchange window is determined by the tracking information given by USPS.com.


Restrictions on Returns  

Due to health and sanitation concerns, we cannot allow you to return human hair products that appear to have been used. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been altered in any way such as items that have been colored, chemically processed, curled, etc.
Merchandise such as custom orders, sale/clearance, discounted, or promotional items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange. Bulk/bundle/wholesale purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.


Process for Making a Return  

1.       REQUEST A MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM
When it is necessary to return an item, please send us email at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to let us know of your intent to return your item. Based on your reason for a return request, will send you a Merchandise Return Form. You must have your return/exchange postmarked within 10 calendar days of the date the item was purchased. Because you the customer owns and is responsible for the merchandise until it is received back at our facility, we recommend that returns utilize insurance and/or "Delivery Confirmation" services so there is no dispute about the product's delivery to us. We cannot take responsibility for returns that do not reach our facility. No unauthorized returns or exchanges will be accepted. Exchanges without an MRF will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

 
2.       PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN PACKING YOUR RETURN
Merchandise must be in original condition with all original packaging intact. Unsuitable returns will not be accepted. The returned item(s) must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and in the original condition. All tags and packaging must be included. We cannot accept any merchandise used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut , washed, or chemically altered) under any circumstances. Netting and/or tags must be attached in the original package or box. Threads on the top of extension hair must be in original condition. Packing should not be marked, taped, or attached by anything. We adhere to strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns, and federal law. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If merchandise unsuitable for re-stocking or does not qualify under our guidelines is received, it will be held for 7 calendar days pending the customer's payment of shipping fee's to have it returned to them. If the customer does not pay to reship the item(s) back to them, it will be discarded. No credit, exchange, or refund will be issued for any merchandise that cannot be re-stocked or falls outside of our store's operating policy.
 

3.       SHIPPING YOUR EXCHANGE TO YOU
Within 3 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise, we will mail out the exchanged item or issue a store credit. Shipping and handling charges and special services such as double sealing, knot sealing, ect. are non-refundable.
 

4.     STORE CREDIT.
Store credit expires 6 months from the date of the original purchase.
